On the 7, 8, 9 and 10th of October 2011, in Quebec City, will be held the second Brazilian dance congress: Dança Brasil. More than just a dance event, this is a real fusion between dance and Brazilian music. This year, the organization of Samba Quebec is very proud to present, for the first time in Canada, Jimmy de Oliveira a Samba teacher of international renown.
In the heart of Quebec City, the congress aims to be a very dynamic, professional and unique event. Given the overwhelming enthusiasm created by the last year’s edition, Samba Quebec will again invite several renowned professors and also a number of dancers that perform regularly in Quebec and Canada. Excellent music groups will also thrill the audience with the sound of astounding Brazilian rhythms.
